The Company is in search of a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to spearhead the technical vision and strategy of its DeFi protocol. The CTO will be responsible for the robustness, scalability, and security of the protocol's infrastructure, and must have a deep understanding of on-chain economics, token models, and DeFi mechanisms.

Key responsibilities for the CTO include overseeing technical design, audits, testing, and mainnet deployments, as well as enforcing best-in-class security practices. The ideal candidate will have a history of success in shipping and scaling secure DeFi infrastructure, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.
