Customer Service Healthcare Ambassador

The Ambassador is a high profile, customer service position. Individuals must be personable and compassionate, as they serve patients and visitors of the Wellstar Kennestone Hospital. In this very visible role, it is vital that the Ambassador maintains a positive attitude and professional appearance at all times.
Shift
Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Monday - Friday 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Work closely with the Parking Manager to provide our client with seamless service and our customers with a positive parking experience. Present neat, clean professional appearance to customers at all times. Always adhere to all uniform/grooming policies
Address customer questions, problems, and complaints in a friendly and efficient manner
Comprehensive, paid training
18 years of age or older
Desire to help others – have a passion for customer service
Minimum of one year customer service experience, preferred
Able to read, write, comprehend and converse in the English language
Ability to work outdoors in variety of weather conditions. A combination of standing and walking accounts for approximately 90% of shift.
