Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans is seeking a Director of Housekeeping. The Director will manage the staff, oversee housekeeping operations for guest rooms, public areas, and employee areas, and direct the Laundry/Valet Department. Lead the housekeeping team—interview, train, coach, and schedule staff to execute Four Seasons standards.

Establish detailed cleaning and preventive maintenance programs to maintain appearance and life of all furniture, fixtures, and equipment.

Set and maintain high cleanliness standards, assign staff, monitor activities, inspect all areas daily, and work with outside contractors to ensure quality and timeliness.

Resolve customer complaints, handle all guest interactions with hospitality and professionalism, and coordinate housekeeping needs of condominium or co‑op owners.

Manage the department’s financial goals—monitor labor, uniform, linen, supplies, and contract services expenses; maintain accurate inventory records; Ensure effective operation of the Laundry/Valet Department and assist as needed.

Minimum 15 years of housekeeping experience in fast‑paced, high‑pressure, large‑scale hotel environments.

Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in housekeeping or operational rooms division management positions.
