Performing thorough patient evaluations, initiating diagnostic tests, and developing personalized care strategies

Identifying and managing acute, episodic, or chronic health conditions in partnership with physicians or independently based on your credentials

Collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and integrated care

Maintaining detailed and accurate documentation through electronic medical records (EMR)

Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)

Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of Tennessee

National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or an equivalent specialty

Skilled in EMR systems and comfortable utilizing telehealth technologies
