Universal Banker II

Open personal and business deposit accounts.

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services.

Process consumer loan applications.

Resolve customer and internal inquiries accurately, professionally, and in a timely manner.

Build and strengthen customer relationships through proactive outreach and relationship development.

Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures.

One to three years of experience in banking, customer service, sales, cash handling, or a related field required.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship‑building skills.

Demonstrated commitment to outstanding customer service.
