Responsibilities include learning to use leading edge factory modeling and simulation applications, developing standard work procedures and training material, managing pilot projects to validate processes, and supporting deployment projects in our global factories. You will experience a broad range of opportunities and engagement working with our Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, Advanced Manufacturing Technology, Product Engineering, and Plant Operations functional groups in support of a Model Based Enterprise initiative.Evaluate and learn to apply leading edge factory modeling and simulation application for the enterprise.Test and pilot the process workstreams in collaboration with our manufacturing and operations teams.Develop, document, and deploy standard operating procedures and training material to our manufacturing plants.Provide process and application coaching to end users and support the management of application issues and resolutions with our SW application partners.Support ongoing scan and screen opportunities to identify the latest Digital Factory capabilities and technologies.Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.Experience learning software applications and developing standard work for deployment to end users.Knowledge in Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and process or systems analysis.Programming fundamentals combined with application problem-solving, debugging, and testing.Quick learning mindset, effective using documentation and technology to seek knowledge, and asks clear, well-structured technical questions.Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:$65,200.00 - $93,660.00Compensation Type:SalaryIncentive Eligible:NoSales Commission Eligible:NoThrive at work and at home:Benefits kick in on DAY ONE for you and your family, including health insurance and holistic wellness programs that include generous incentives – WE DARE TO CARE!Family building benefits include fertility coverage and adoption/surrogacy assistance.Paid time off includes 15 vacation days, 9 paid holidays, 3 floating holidays, sick leave, and additional options to support volunteer and parental leave.Educational and training opportunities through company programs along with tuition assistance and student debt support.all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, pregnancy, age, marital status, disability, status as a protected veteran, or any legally protected status.
