HR Generalist - Employee Relations and Compliance
Georgetown Behavioral Health Institute
Georgetown Behavioral Healthcare Institute is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support the HR Director on compliance, recruiting, onboarding, retention, benefits and employee relations. The role includes data entry in the HRIS, file maintenance, and regular audits to ensure accuracy.
The position also involves managing the LMS, handling training records, producing weekly/monthly HR reports, and assisting with inquiries from applicants and staff with a high level of customer service.
