Process Engineering Senior

How You'll Have Impact at Kinder's: You will play a key role supporting Kinder's by designing, implementing, optimizing, and continuously improving manufacturing processes

Process Engineer to assist in development, control, and documentation of food manufacturing process to assure we produce top quality food with consistency

Develop and optimize production processes in partnership with co-manufacturers

Travel to co-manufacturing sites to support trial and first production activities

Collect, analyze, and interpret production data to drive data-based decisions

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or related field)

• Strong problem solving and data analysis skills, outside the box thinking
• Willingness and ability to travel (50%)
• 5-7 years experience in process engineering or food manufacturing

Very strong organizational skills and an extremely disciplined approach to database and documentation management

Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and tasks

Additionally, it will involve 50% travel; The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance, and business needs.
