Manufacturing Estimator
R&R Fabrication
Job Description We're hiring an experienced Structural Steel Estimator who knows steel inside and out. This is not an entry-level role. Review takeoffs, drawings, and specs to build accurate project costs
Estimate materials, labor, shop production, handling, and freight
Collaborate with project teams to put together competitive bids
Working knowledge of AISC standards and AWS codes
~ This role is for someone who has done the work, knows the material, and can price it accurately.
Company Description We are a structural and miscellaneous steel fabrication company operating under new leadership with a clear focus on rebuilding the business the right way.
Clean operations. We are actively restructuring how we estimate, win work, and execute projects. This includes improving systems, tightening quality control, and focusing on the right types of jobs that support consistent growth.
This is not a maintenance role. We are looking for people who take ownership, move fast, and want to be part of building something that lasts.
