Machine Minder (2nd Shift)

Adecco Staffing is working with a leading advanced manufacturing company in Exeter, NH to hire Machine Attendants. These positions play a critical role in producing highly specialized products using advanced automated equipment. Candidates will work in a clean room, climate-controlled manufacturing environment and be responsible for monitoring production processes, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring efficient operation of manufacturing equipment.

Position: Machine Attendant

Shift Options / Pay:

2nd Shift

Monday - Friday | 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM

Pay: $24.00 per hour

Weekend 2nd Shift

Two weekday shifts plus Saturday & Sunday

4:00 PM - 12:30 AM weekdays

12:30 PM - 12:30 AM weekends

Pay: $25.00 per hour

3rd Shift

Monday - Friday | 12:30 AM - 7:30 AM

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Weekend 3rd Shift

Two weekday shifts plus Saturday & Sunday

12:30 AM - 7:30 AM weekdays

12:30 AM - 12:30 PM weekends

Pay: $26.00 per hour

Operate and monitor automated manufacturing equipment in a clean room environment

Load materials and components into production equipment
Perform visual inspections and quality checks throughout the manufacturing process
Record production data and complete manufacturing documentation accurately
Monitor machine performance and identify potential issues before they impact production
Troubleshoot minor equipment concerns and escalate issues when necessary
Follow detailed work instructions and manufacturing procedures
Maintain production efficiency while ensuring product quality standards are met
Adhere to all clean room, safety, and quality requirements

Previous manufacturing, machine operation, assembly, or production experience preferred

Experience working in a clean room or quality-driven environment is a plus
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work with computers and production tracking systems
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to follow written work instructions and manufacturing procedures
Clean room manufacturing environment
Climate-controlled facility
Protective gowning, hair nets, gloves, and other clean room attire required
Highly automated manufacturing equipment
Quality-focused production environment

Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Pay Details: $24.00 to $25.00 per hour
