Dental Healthcare Hygienist

Perfect Teeth is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Dental Hygienist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team within our network of modern dental practices. As a key member of our patient-centric care team, you will provide high-quality preventative and periodontal care, working closely with dentists and support staff to deliver an exceptional patient experience. In this role, you will perform comprehensive dental hygiene services including prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, radiographs, oral cancer screenings, and periodontal charting, while strictly adhering to infection control and OSHA standards. You will educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, disease prevention, nutritional factors, and recommended treatment plans, helping them understand the connection between oral health and overall wellness. Using digital charting and practice management software, you will accurately document findings, update medical histories, and coordinate with the dentist to support accurate diagnoses and treatment planning. You will collaborate with a supportive, team-oriented clinical staff that values continuous improvement, professional development, and innovation in patient care.
