Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Home Health Aide (HHA) — Assisted Living Epiphany Senior Housing, Coon Rapids, MN

Certified Nursing Assistants / Home Health Aides at Epiphany Senior Housing start at $18 to $22 an hour based on experience, with shift patterns to choose from and a hiring team that responds within 48 hours of your application.

As a CNA / HHA in our assisted living community, you'll provide hands-on personal care and support residents' independence day to day. You'll bring a calm, steady presence, especially in moments that are stressful or unfamiliar for a resident, and you'll help residents make their own choices rather than doing everything for them.

Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other daily personal care

Record vital signs and carry out nurse-delegated tasks as directed by the care team

Operate mechanical lifts safely to support resident mobility and transfers

Support residents' independence by offering choices and encouraging self-help skills

Communicate clearly with residents, families, and the care team using accurate medical terminology

Maintain reliable attendance and follow the community's care and safety protocols

At least 18 years old

Ability to communicate using medical terminology relevant to resident care

Prior experience in assisted living, memory care, or long-term care

PM Shift — 7 shifts per pay period (Wk 1: Sat, Sun, Wed, Thu / Wk 2: Fri, Wed, Thu)

PM/AM Shift — 7 shifts per pay period (Wk 1: Fri, Tues, Wed / Wk 2: Sat, Sun, Wed, Thu)
