Evening Coffee Barista

Barista Position

We are seeking a polished and detail-oriented Barista to deliver exceptional beverage experiences in a fast-paced luxury dining environment. This role requires precision, organization, and a passion for quality, as you will be responsible for crafting specialty coffees, teas, and other beverages while maintaining a clean, fully stocked, and visually impeccable barista station. The Barista plays a key role in enhancing the guest experience through consistency, efficiency, and elevated presentation standards.

Your Role

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to established standards

Set up and maintain the barista station with milk, milk alternatives, and all necessary supplies

Refill coffee grinders with appropriate beans and ensure proper calibration

Brew iced tea and prepare tea bags with prescribed portions of loose-leaf teas

Restock bottled water, sugar caddies, and all beverage accompaniments per SOP Ensure all cups, saucers, spoons, and barista tools are clean, polished, and properly organized

Maintain cleanliness and organization of fridges, ensuring proper storage and FIFO practices for all perishable items

Ensure trash areas are clean and maintained according to sanitation standards

Monitor stock levels and communicate needs to management proactively

Demonstrate strong attention to detail, efficiency, and consistency in all tasks Work collaboratively with team members to support smooth service operations

Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and a performance-driven mindset

Ability to stand for extended periods and frequently lift up to 50 lbs

Requirements

Previous barista or restaurant experience preferred

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Professional demeanor with a focus on hospitality and guest experience

Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented

Ability to read and speak English proficiently

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
