Head of Programme Management

Cape Fox subsidiary, Kwaan Tech, LLC, is seeking a highly organized and motivated Program Manager to join our team in support of a federal government client. The salary range (or hiring range) for this exempt position is: $169,800.00 - $188,400.00

The above salary range represents the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. In addition, we offer a variety of benefits, including company holidays, paid time off, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, as well as a 401K with company match. Core Duties

Responsible for overall contract performance and execution, including scheduling, control of services, and ensuring qualified personnel are assigned to tasks

Provide all required reporting information accurately and promptly

Resolve issues related to contract/task order performance

Attend meetings and conferences as necessary

Establish and maintain close, continuous, and responsive contact with government stakeholders (SSM, COR, CO)

Ensure compliance with all mandatory, statutory, and regulatory requirements

Develop and maintain management/staffing plans, participate in kickoff and status meetings, and prepare monthly progress/status reports as required

Oversee and coordinate continuous process improvement initiatives for ship maintenance business processes

Lead the development and integration of corporate metrics and analytics for ship maintenance programs

Manage overall program operations, administration, and deliverable tracking

Direct business process mapping and requirements development for digital transformation and IT system integration
