Parts Counterperson - Retail

Group 1 Chevrolet Spring Auto Parts Counter Sales Associate

Group 1 Chevrolet Spring is growing fast and we are looking to add a qualified Auto Parts Counter Sales Associate to our team!

Operate the Retail Parts Store and support the Service and Collision Parts Departments as needed.

Assist internal and external customers in identifying, locating, and purchasing automotive parts and accessories.

Process parts orders, invoices, and customer transactions accurately.

Coordinate with Service Advisors and Technicians to locate and distribute parts in a timely manner.

Communicate parts updates, availability and order status to customers and internal team members.

Receive, stock, and organize daily parts shipments while maintaining accurate inventory and a clean work area

Parts sales experience is preferred but not required

Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus

Excellent customer service skills

High school diploma or equivalent
