Experience: Previous experience in health insurance, specifically with Medicare plans, is highly preferred. This experience will provide a solid foundation and understanding of the nuances and intricacies of Medicare.
Drive to excel: A hunger to excel in a competitive environment is essential. Learn and apply selling techniques and business operation skills to achieve profitability and meet sales goals for the over-65 insurance Medicare market.
