Construction Finishers

As a Dozer GPS/Finish Dozer Operator, you will play a vital role in our construction and grading projects. Your primary responsibility will be to operate and maintain dozers equipped with GPS technology or finish dozers to ensure accurate grading and leveling of construction sites.
Equipment Operation: Operate dozers equipped with GPS technology or finish dozers with precision, following project plans and specifications for grading and leveling.
Perform routine equipment maintenance, including inspections, lubrication, and promptly reporting any equipment issues to the maintenance department.
Accuracy: Ensure precise grading and leveling according to project requirements, blueprints, and design specifications.
Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with project managers, supervisors, and fellow team members to coordinate grading activities and achieve project goals.
Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and supervisors, reporting progress, challenges, and equipment issues as needed.
Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about and comply with all relevant regulations, safety guidelines, and industry best practices.
Identify and address operational challenges or issues that may arise during grading work.
Maintain accurate records, including daily equipment inspection reports and work logs.
Proven experience as a Dozer GPS/Finish Dozer Operator in the heavy civil construction industry.
Knowledge of construction plans, blueprints, and grading techniques.
Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and at different job sites as required.
The examination includes a series of tests and evaluations conducted by a certified medical professional to assess overall physical health, identify any potential medical conditions that could interfere with job performance, and verify that the candidate is capable of safely performing the essential duties of the position.
