OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR (CONCESSIONS) - Starlight Theatre
Summary: The Operations Supervisor (CONCESSIONS) will oversee general concessions operations, or may be assigned to a dedicated area, such as premium / catering, merchandise, or warehouse functions.

Supervises the operations of multiple concession stands, while assisting team members and maintaining a safe environment throughout operating hours.
May be assigned to a dedicated area throughout the season, such as premium/catering, merchandise, warehouse, or other key area.
Ensures proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment.
Follows cash handling policies and food safety/sanitation guidelines.
Obtains / maintains all company required training and certifications, such as ServSafe Alcohol, Fork Lift training, and other programs required of the area of focus.
