Cardiac Sonographer | Radiology - Ultrasound

Cardiac/Vascular Sonographer
This is a 13-week contract position.
This position requires a 10-hour day shift, with hours from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM. The schedule may vary.
We are seeking a skilled Cardiac/Vascular Sonographer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic cardiac ultrasound procedures to assist in the evaluation of patients with heart and vascular conditions.
Responsibilities:

Conduct cardiac and vascular ultrasound procedures accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret ultrasound results.
Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of ultrasound findings.
Adhere to policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in cardiac or vascular sonography.
Current AHA BLS certification.
Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS), Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS), or Registered Congenital Cardiac Sonographer (RCCS) certification.
Canadian Registered Cardiac Sonographer (CRCS) or Advanced Cardiac Sonographer (ACS) certification may also be considered.
Holiday Expectations:
The candidate must work 2 major holidays from the following: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, and 1 minor holiday: the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve.
