Job Description
The Registered Nurse provides optimal patient care utilizing knowledge and skills within the context of the nursing process. The incumbent is accountable for individualized patient outcomes throughout the entire episode of care, offering comprehensive nursing services to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients, including their families or caregivers.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat human responses to health problems.
Provide optimal patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Consider significant family members in the assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation efforts.
Coordinate care with other professionals as needed.
Demonstrate cognitive and psychosocial awareness specific to the patient population served.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 2 years of experience in a Trauma OR setting.
• Prior travel experience of one 13-week assignment required.
• NV State RN license prior to start.
• Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, Pre-op/Recovery RN, PACU, OR and SDS: CMP completed within 1 year of start date.
