This flexible remote opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy planning, learning about destinations, and providing exceptional client support.

As part of our team, you will assist clients with vacation planning, travel research, reservations, and overall travel coordination while receiving training and ongoing support.

Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences and vacation goals

Research destinations, resorts, cruises, tours, and travel experiences

Assist clients with travel planning and booking arrangements

Provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after travel

Stay informed on travel industry trends, promotions, and supplier offerings

Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities

Strong communication and customer service skills

Comfortable using computers, email, and online booking platforms

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Passion for travel and helping others

Previous sales, hospitality, customer service, or travel experience is a plus but not required
