zTrip is looking for an energetic and people-focused Recruiter to help grow our team of professional drivers. In this role, you'll be responsible for attracting, interviewing, onboarding, and supporting driver candidates throughout the hiring process.

Career Growth Opportunities

Recruit driver candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and community outreach.

Conduct phone screens and interviews.

Guide candidates through the hiring and onboarding process.

Coordinate orientation and training schedules.

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified driver candidates.

Follow up with new hires to support a successful onboarding experience.

Partner with operations teams to meet hiring goals.

Attend hiring events, job fairs, and recruiting activities as needed.

Maintain accurate recruiting and hiring records.

Experience in recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, human resources, or a related field preferred.

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Ability to identify and attract quality candidates.

Passion for helping people find new career opportunities.
