The Starbucks location serves as a central hubcreating a welcoming space for employees and guests to connect, recharge, and enjoy quality service throughout the day. You will be a Lithia employee working for Starbucks franchise. We're looking for a barista that wants to bring the Starbucks Experience to life!

Type: Part Time (up to 20 hours per week)

Create a welcoming, positive environment where every customer feels valued

Deliver prompt service and craft high-quality beverages and food items to standard

Anticipate customer needs and personalize each interaction

Follow all operational, safety, and cash-handling procedures

Support new team members through encouragement and coaching

Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Commitment to quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction

Ability to follow store standards, including dress code and food safety guidelines
