Riverwalk Surgery Center seeks a Chief Anesthesiologist in Florida to provide comprehensive anesthesia care for outpatient orthopedic surgeries and pain management services. The center utilizes a care team model that focuses on giving everyone a voice while supporting and helping clinicians deliver care excellence. The ideal candidate will provide clinical leadership, support departmental coordination, and perform pre-anesthesia evaluations.

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership
Compensation
Salary: $430,000
Sign on Incentive: $50,000
Chief Stipend: $30,000

MD or DO from an accredited institution
