Head of Programme Management

D&S Community Services , a part of the Sevita family, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a Program Director, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of one to four community-based programs serving individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). This role requires strong leadership, organization, and a hands-on approach to ensure high-quality, person-centered services.

You will manage a caseload of up to 30-35 individuals and travel regularly to group homes, ISS programs, host home providers' residences, and day program locations. Mileage reimbursement is provided.

This role requires participation in an on-call rotation and may occasionally require working shifts at the group home to ensure appropriate coverage and support.

Manage day-to-day program operations including direct supports, person-centered planning, healthcare coordination, advocacy, stakeholder relations, regulatory compliance, safety, and maintenance of the physical environment.

Oversee financial management, staffing, recruiting, retention, and training initiatives.

Supervise program staff, including scheduling, orientation, performance evaluations, and corrective action.

Monitor service delivery to ensure supports are consistent, engaging, and meaningful to the individuals served.

Provide on-call support to staff and assist with shift coverage as needed.

Valid driver's license, current car registration, and auto insurance required.

Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
