CNA/Part-Time/Flex Shift

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team on a full-time basis with benefits. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for providing high-quality care to our residents. Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding
• Monitoring residents' vital signs and reporting any changes to nursing staff
• Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
• Assisting with medical procedures under the direction of nursing staff
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents
• Documenting resident care activities and reporting any concerns to supervisory staff

Requirements:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Previous experience in a long-term care or assisted living facility preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to lift and move residents as needed
• Flexible availability to work the 3pm to 11 pm shift, including weekends and holidays
