RN Graduate (Night shift)

Overview

Location: UCHealth Medical Center of the Rockies, Loveland,

Department: MCR Surgical Specialty Unit

Work Schedule: 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Night shifts available

Pay: $35.29 – $54.71 per hour, dependent on experience

Position: Onsite; no hybrid or remote option

Minimum Requirements

Graduate of an accredited or state‑board‑approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years of experience

State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)

6 months of nursing (RN) experience

BLS certification via the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross; BLS card must be current within 60 days of hire

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in an 18‑bed acute surgical specialty unit, primarily for non‑trauma surgical patients and medical patients requiring inpatient services

Utilize the nursing process to deliver top‑scope practice and uphold evidence‑based care models

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes

Precept and mentor new hires and other staff members, supporting their competency validation during clinical orientation

Maintain patient safety and quality at the point of care in a fast‑paced, innovative environment
