We offer both a comprehensive behavioral health provider and Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), offering you an opportunity to provide high-quality services and to be part of a unique and diverse treatment team.
Our multi-disciplinary team includes counselors, psychiatrists, case managers, family practice providers, nurse practitioners, dental staff, pharmacists, and an outstanding support staff. In addition to our dedicated team, our strong relationships with community partners ensures individuals who use our services have access to the highest levels of care. We are nationally accredited by CARF International.
Current Ohio Licensure as an Advanced Practice Nurse with prescribing authority and current DEA registration.
