1st & 2nd Shift Opportunities****POSITION SUMMARY:***The Lead Distribution Outfitter trains maintains activities of department personnel by scheduling and assigning workflow checking work for accuracy, analyze and resolving work problems. The Outfitter will be cross trained in other departments as needed and may be asked to carry out special projects.***Ensure Housekeeping assignments are completed daily and associates maintain a clean work area throughout their day.* Ensure all associates are fully trained on procedures and equipment and have the supplies needed to effectively complete assigned tasks.* Ensure department processes and procedures are followed while adjusting labor needs to appropriately address work volumes and monitor consistent flow.* Attends all Bass Pro provided management training classes to expand on job knowledge and growth potential.* Availability to work a flexible schedule with mandatory overtime, when scheduled.* Represents oneself as an ambassador of our company and brand* Experience and knowledge of multiple departments* Comfortable conducting presentations in group environment* Strong, proven leadership and motivational ability* Maintains a positive attitude and exceptional customer service* Possesses an ambitious drive* Detail & quality orientated* Excellent written and oral communication skills* Knowledge of safety methods and procedures***TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:**** Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job, i.e. walking, standing, kneeling, bending, stretching, and climbing up and down step ladder for duration of shift and overtime when scheduled.* for duration of shift and overtime when scheduled.***INDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT**:** Performs tasks and duties under direct supervision, using well-defined policies and procedures.
