Please note, this role is hourly. Hourly rate to be based on experience.

As Human Resources Coordinator, you will assist the Generalist and Specialist with day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the department. Assist with onboarding newly hired employees and ensure all required documentation is completed.
Prepare and organize materials for job fairs, meetings, training sessions, and other HR-related events.
Assist employees with general questions regarding payroll, benefits, company policies, time off, and HR procedures.
Partner with the Human Resources Specialist to support benefits enrollment, including communicating with newly eligible employees.
Monitor the completion of required training, certifications, and other compliance-related requirements.
Prepare ad hoc Human Resources reports as requested.
Assist the Human Resources Generalist with employee engagement programs and company initiatives.
Support the Human Resources team with additional projects and administrative responsibilities as needed.

Minimum of two years of experience in Human Resources or a related role required.
Previous experience in the restaurant, hospitality, retail, or another high-volume environment is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Basic knowledge of employment laws, onboarding requirements, and Human Resources best practices.
Bilingual proficiency is highly preferred.
