Sales Insurance Professional - Remote Position

Triad Financial Services is seeking a high-performing Insurance Sales Advisor to grow our insurance business by serving our existing base of manufactured-home loan customers.

Our Insurance Advisors connect with customers at key moments - most often at policy renewal, using a consultative approach that protects customers' homes and assets. You start with warm, high-intent lead-existing customers who already know and trust Triad.
Our top sales reps are trending at about one in two conversations into a sale.

Engage warm, existing customers through outbound and inbound outreach, with a focus on policy renewal and other key lifecycle moments.
Lead consultative sales conversations to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
Build rapport quickly and guide customers to confident decisions through disciplined follow-up and strong closing skills.
Consistently meet or exceed sales, retention, and performance targets.
Track all activity and pipeline accurately within agency systems and CRM tools.
Maintain full compliance with applicable insurance regulations and internal standards.
25+ years of proven sales success, including demonstrated quota attainment.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Active insurance license in good standing (strong preference for someone currently licensed)
