Dishwasher Position
We're looking for a reliable, hardworking Dishwasher to keep our kitchen running smoothly behind the scenes. This role is essential to our team — without a fast, organized dish station, nothing else in the kitchen works. You'll take pride in keeping things spotless, moving quickly during rushes, and supporting the whole back-of-house team.

Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and kitchen equipment quickly and thoroughly using commercial dish machines and manual washing as needed
Maintain a steady flow of clean plates and tools to keep service moving during peak hours
Properly sort, stack, and store clean items in designated areas
Keep the dish pit, floors, and surrounding areas clean, dry, and organized to prevent hazards
Empty trash and recycling regularly; break down boxes and manage kitchen waste
Assist with basic food prep, deliveries, or storage organization when needed
Follow all health and safety standards for sanitation, chemical handling, and food safety
Communicate with kitchen staff to prioritize items during high-volume periods
