Restaurant Server Part Time (Weekend Flex Scheduling)

Dining Room Attendant

Essential Responsibilities:

Greet residents and guests in a warm and professional manner.

Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

Serve meals and beverages according to established service standards.

Assist with dining room setup, table settings, and side work assignments.

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the dining room.

Refill beverages, clear tables, and assist residents as needed.

Follow food safety and infection control guidelines.

Work cooperatively with kitchen staff and fellow team members.

Attend required training sessions and team meetings.

Provide exceptional hospitality while promoting resident satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Previous serving, hospitality, restaurant service experience preferred but not required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and carry trays throughout the shift.

Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.

Must be reliable, punctual, and dependable.

Requirements:

Must be available to work weekends on a regular basis.

Must be available to work holidays.

Ability to pass all required background checks and pre-employment screenings.
