Full Time Speech Therapist Job (SLP)

Parx Home Health Care is looking for a Speech Therapist to join our team. The home health therapist will be responsible for providing high quality and coordinated care to patients in their homes and communities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in home health care, an understanding of state and federal regulations, and a passion for helping patients live their best lives.
Provide speech and language therapy to patients in their homes
Monitor and document patient progress towards treatment goals
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on speech therapy techniques and strategies
Maintain accurate and complete patient records in accordance with company policies and procedures
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Current license to practice as a Speech Therapist in the state of Florida
Ability to travel to patient homes throughout Miami-Dade and Broward counties.
