Starting August 2026 for the entire school year

Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for school-based positions in Arvada, CO. You'll support K-12 students by providing speech and language services that directly impact communication and learning. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful difference in students' academic success while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a supportive school environment. The role is ideal for both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFs), with strong mentorship and ongoing support provided.

Competitive pay (Up to $65/hour) + flexible full-time or part-time schedules

Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 school setting

Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans

Valid Colorado State SLP license (or ability to obtain)
