Mercy Hospital St. Schedule: Full Time | Nights
(Experienced MedSurg or GYN RN's may qualify for Part-time nights)
Work in a specialized Women's Health (GYN) unit that promotes healing, dignity, and compassionate care.
Partner with patients and families in care decisions.
Develop and document individualized care plans using evidence-based practices.
Communicate effectively with physicians and the multidisciplinary team.
Stay engaged in unit huddles, process improvement projects, and continuing education.
Maintain certifications and competencies to deliver the highest standard of care.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).
Current RN license in Missouri or compact license.
Experience: Previous RN experience required; Women's Health experience preferred but not mandatory.

Participate in professional development programs, hospital committees, and mentorship opportunities.
