Assisted Living NOC Shift Caregiver

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Northwood Assisted Living in Springfield, Ohio. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing individualized, compassionate, and innovative healthcare services to our residents. As a Caregiver, your responsibilities will include:
Assisting residents with activities of daily living
Following safety guidelines in the community
Following the schedule of duties for the Caregiver, as well as the individual plan of care for each resident
Monitoring resident activity, food intake, functional status, psychosocial status, taking action as required to promote resident well-being
Reporting status changes immediately to the supervisor
Acting immediately on any resident crisis, following protocol and basic first aid training
Promoting open communication between healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff
Paid training
12-hour shifts

• Night shifts
• Holidays
• In-person – working directly with our residents and team members in Springfield, Ohio
