Take your real estate career to the next level by joining us as a Real Estate Agent. You'll build your expertise in residential property sales while becoming a trusted advisor to your clients. Grow your personal brand and client base by securing listings and closing deals, all with the support of expert coaching, transaction coordination, marketing help, listing management, and lead generation. We handle the day-to-day operations, marketing, and compliance, so you can focus on what you do best—being a successful agent.
Responsibilities
Lead generate for 15 hours a week
Conduct two open houses monthly
Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
Track tasks and activities in Brivity Technology
Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
Participate in weekly script practice
Participate in team activities
Consult with sellers, convert to listings
Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
Qualifications
Team player
Licensed real estate professional
3+ years’ of real estate sales experience
Strong verbal communication skills
Learning based, growth-minded
Organized
Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
Excellent time management skills
