We're a scratch vegan kitchen and juice bar in Westchester. Everything is made in house from whole ingredients, every day — no prefab patties, no shortcuts. It's a small crew, so the person who closes this place is genuinely trusted with it.
Two of our kitchen crew moved on this month and a third is back in school, so these are real hours, not a fill-in shift.
You run the line during the day and close the cafe at night. Scratch prep — grains, beans, greens, bowls, salads, hot line. You step to the register when the front gets busy. Then clean down, break down, cash out, lock up.
This is the closer seat: a key, a schedule you can count on, and room to grow into running shifts.
Every shift. Real kitchen time — cafe, restaurant, catering, or a culinary program.

• Comfortable at a register and with customers. Happy in an all-plant kitchen. You don't have to be vegan. CA Food Handler card, or get one in your first week.
• 18 or older — cash, keys, and we're open until 8pm.

Juice or smoothie bar experience · you've been a keyholder or closed a place before · culinary student or grad · English and Spanish.
