At ESMA, you'll experience a unique and diverse professional journey by working with a wide range of clients across multiple settings, which may include schools, day habilitation programs, skilled nursing facilities, home health services, and early intervention programs. Collaborating with a top-tier multidisciplinary team to deliver seamless, comprehensive care that maximizes every client's potential
Educating and inspiring individuals and their families with therapeutic exercises and at-home strategies that support long-term success
Supervising Physical Therapy Assistants, Aides, and Students to create a strong and supportive therapy team
Access an interdisciplinary network of clinicians (AAC, ATP, OT, SLP, BCBA) to help you navigate complex clinical situations

~ Holds a valid/current professional license as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts (or will soon!)
Graduate of an accredited master's level (or higher) program in Physical Therapy
Is willing and able to travel to/between multiple work locations

Salary: $37.00 - $46.00 / Hourly based on years of experience
