Summary: The Concessions Lead Cook is responsible for prepping, preparing, and cooking products according to recipe specifications and food safety and sanitation guidelines. The individual should have a reasonable knowledge base of fundamentals of the kitchen, including knife skills and organization. The Cook has the ability of running a station solo.

May oversee the cooking activities of food service associates as assigned by Food Service Director.

• Operates and cleans equipment after each use. Stores, labels and dates food items according to policy. Helps maintain organized storage of dry goods and refrigerated and frozen products.
• Follows HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.
• Adheres to Levy guidelines as stated in team member training manual and employee handbook.
• Practices proper product control and handling of all inventory and equipment.
• Complies with federal, state and local health and sanitation regulations and department sanitation procedures.
• Assists Food Service Director in maintaining accurate daily production records and completes all required documentation, reports, and logs as assigned.
• Assists in the cross training of employees.
• Reports issues to management.
• Helps fellow team members whenever necessary.
• Be punctual, reliable and available for scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays on event basis.
• Demonstrate physical stamina and agility required to be mobile for long periods throughout the day and stand for duration of entire shift.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English in written and oral form.
