Cashier - Day & Evening Flexible Shifts

Position Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Cashiers at TreeHoppers Aerial Adventure Park. As a Cashier, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests. Your friendly demeanor and exceptional customer service skills will contribute to creating unforgettable memories for our visitors.
Responsibilities:

Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude as they arrive at the park.
Verify and process pre-purchased tickets, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Assist guests in purchasing tickets at the cashier counter, explaining available upgrade options and answering any questions they may have.
Verify waivers for all participants, ensuring each waiver is completed and accurate.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guests' inquiries, resolving minor issues, and offering guidance on park activities and facilities.
Efficiently handle cash and credit transactions, adhering to established procedures and maintaining accurate records.
Work effectively within a team environment, coordinating with other staff members to manage guest traffic and activity schedules.
Stay up-to-date with park policies, safety protocols, and emergency procedures to ensure the well-being of guests and fellow employees.
Uphold a clean and organized cashier counter, ensuring all materials and supplies are readily available.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors, contributing to the overall success of the park.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred.
Strong computer skills are preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to interact effectively with guests of all ages.
Ability to work in extreme hot and cold weather conditions, adapting to changing weather circumstances.
Comfortable being on feet for extended periods (8+ hours a day) and engaging in physical activity as required.
Demonstrated ability to remain patient and composed while managing large groups, including children.
Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash and credit transactions accurately.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Flexibility in working hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
