Reporting to the Regional Transportation Manager, the Logistics Manager is responsible for all localized activities of Bulk, Roll off and Non bulk Transportation. Reporting directly to our Transportation Manager, you will work very closely with the TMS team, Billing, Maintenance, and the Operations Manager. Develop maintain, and promote an elite workplace quality, performance, appearance, and effectiveness.

Set clear expectations, lead, coordinate, and manage all driver transportation functions.
Work closely across other departments/facilities including Admin, Ops, Sales in order to satisfy customer requirements and create strong performance standards.
Coordinate with maintenance department to ensure all equipment meets the DOT and CSA requirements.
Analyze driver & equipment utilization reports, fuel consumption, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement while identify areas in which cost reductions and program improvements can be made.
Coordinate with maintenance to ensure all preventative obligations are consistently met and equipment meets the DOT and CSA requirements, while maintaining customer service expectations.
Successfully manage employee performance while mentoring and guiding the overall growth of the transportation fleet.
Schedule deliveries to the TTF.
High School Diploma, Bachelor's Degree preferred
Must have a minimum of 5 years of transportation management experience
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard
