Caregiver needed for flexible weekend shifts

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate In Home Caregivers to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to delivering exceptional care and support to individuals in their home environments. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients by providing personalized assistance tailored to their unique needs.
Base Pay $17.00 per hour; there are shift differentials for weekend shifts, and shifts under 4 hours in length.

Weekly and Daily Pay

Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being.

Help with light housekeeping tasks, including laundry, meal preparation, and maintaining a clean living space.

Monitor clients’ health status and report any changes or concerns to family members or healthcare professionals.

Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and communicate effectively with supervisors and family members.

Prior experience working as a caregiver or in a healthcare setting is preferred.

Knowledge of geriatrics, medical-surgical care, outpatient clinics, and sub-acute care environments is highly desirable.

You will be asked for proof of car insurance with your name on it! Certification in CPR/First Aid is preferred; ongoing training opportunities are available.

All Caregivers must be eligible to work as a caregiver based on the the Illinois Department of Health
