We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role involves a variety of tasks, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials within our warehouse. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, be proficient with material handling equipment, and have a solid understanding of warehousing principles. This position requires someone who is capable of working independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibilities

Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments, verifying against purchase orders.
Sort, organize, and store inventory in designated locations, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently, adhering to shipping and receiving procedures.
Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and effectively.
Perform cycle counting and inventory management tasks to maintain accurate stock levels.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including housekeeping duties.
Assist with loading and unloading trucks, ensuring proper handling of goods.
Utilize computer systems for inventory tracking, order processing, and shipping documentation.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
Provide excellent customer service by assisting with inquiries and resolving issues.
Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Working knowledge of warehousing principles and best practices.
General knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
Working knowledge of operating pallet jacks.
Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
Basic computer literacy skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with forklift operation.
Experience with inventory management systems.
Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Familiarity with packaging and labeling procedures.
Previous experience with order picking.
