Responsibilities

Supervise care and treatments for patients.

Lead patient assessments and tailor care plans.

Address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.

Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families.

Collaborate and communicate effectively with various departments to ensure coordinated care.

Provide direct patient care as needed.

Serve as a resource for fellow staff, supporting them with complex patient needs.

Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by patients.

Qualifications

Valid RN license in the state of employment.

CPR certification (ACLS preferred); CRRN certification preferred.

One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting preferred.
