About the job Industrial Machine Mechanic LM2 Resource Solutions, is working with an outstanding client in Kinston, NC andis seeking an experienced Industrial Machine Mechanic to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position with competitive salary and benefits.
As an Industrial Machine Mechanic, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery and equipment in our production facility. You will work closely with our production team to ensure that all machines are running efficiently and downtime is minimized. Conducting regular maintenance and inspections on industrial machines and equipment
Identifying and diagnosing mechanical issues and implementing appropriate solutions
Performing preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal machine performance
Collaborating with production team to schedule maintenance and minimize downtime
Maintaining accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Training and mentoring junior mechanics and technicians
High School Diploma or equivalent, technical degree or certification preferred
Minimum of 3 years experience as an Industrial Machine Mechanic
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Experience working with various types of industrial machinery and equipment
Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime when needed
