3rd Shift Warehouse Order Pullers

Position Summary The Overnight Order Picker is responsible for accurately selecting, handling, and staging food products in a fast‑paced warehouse environment. This role requires working in cold storage conditions while maintaining high productivity, safety, and quality standards. Overnight Order Picker
Overnight Shift (Full‑Time)
Key Responsibilities Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanner technology and pick tickets
Build stable, well‑organized pallets according to warehouse standards
Maintain productivity goals (target: 100 cases per hour by 90 days)
Safely operate electric pallet jacks (rider or walk‑behind)
Transport and stage completed pallets in designated loading areas
Inspect products for quality and report any damages or discrepancies
Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety and food safety regulations
Follow all company policies, including HACCP, SQF, and OSHA standards
Perform routine equipment checks and report any issues immediately
Minimize idle time and remain productive throughout the shift
Qualifications & Requirements Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends as needed
Must be able to stand and walk for 8+ hours per shift
Basic understanding of warehouse operations and safety procedures
Preferred Experience Previous warehouse, distribution, or food handling experience
Experience operating electric pallet jacks (EPJ), rider jacks, or walk‑behind jacks
Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems
Work Environment Cold storage warehouse (refrigerated and freezer areas)
Education High School Diploma or GED preferred
