Kelly Services is currently seeking an Instructional Designer position for one of our top clients in Santa Clara, CA.
Kelly Outsourcing Consulting Group KellyOCG, a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking an Instructional Designer for a 6-month +engagement at one of our Global clients in Santa Clara. This role is a full-time, fully benefited position.

As an Instructional Designer placed with KellyOCG you will be responsible for the following:

The primary responsibilities of the Instructional Designer are to design and develop engaging learning solutions using MS Office Suite, Adobe InDesign, and Articulate 360 (primarily Rise). This individual will contribute to a broad scope of traditional learning and more advanced technology-based projects contributing in areas such as graphic design and layout, developmental editing, digital asset creation, content management, and more.
Is customer service focused and responsive.
Is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and creative.
Storyline and Rise
Is highly proficient with the Adobe Creative Cloud - e.g., Photoshop, Premiere Pro, InDesign, Illustrator.
Is detail-oriented with all work, and specifically regarding visual elements and company branding, and course functionality.

3+ years in instructional design, educational content production, or eLearning development.

• Proven experience with tools such as Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere).
• Strong knowledge of LMS platforms and SCORM/xAPI standards.
• Expertise in ADDIE or similar instructional design models.
• Strong visual design, video editing, and animation skills.
• Excellent communication, project management, administrative, and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Familiarity with Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, Vyond, Camtasia, or other rapid development tools.
Develop and storyboard eLearning courses and videos.
Conduct needs analysis and learner assessments.
Project management and administrative functions.
Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Create engaging learning activities and compelling learning content including sales enablement content (role play, customer persona, CRM resources).
Create visually appealing and learner-centric eLearning courses based on established storyboards and company branding guidelines.
Assist in the development and administrative engagement with the learning management system and it's integration to the ancillary learning modalities.
Work with subject matter experts to review content and address changes and revisions in a timely manner.
Remain up to date with trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design.
