The Maintenance Tech 1 delivers hands-on technical support for equipment, machinery, tools, furniture, modular offices, and facility systems in low-impact, non-critical environments. This role ensures smooth daily operations by performing preventive maintenance and executing timely corrective repairs with basic troubleshooting expertise.
Preventive Maintenance:
Execute preventive maintenance tasks on basic, low-criticality equipment.
Proactively identify issues, provide clear feedback to the supervisor, and recommend improvements to strengthen equipment reliability and optimize the preventive maintenance strategy.

Corrective Maintenance:
Diagnose and repair reported equipment issues quickly and effectively to restore optimal working conditions.
Maintenance Work Requests:
Respond promptly to maintenance requests by partnering with customers to understand needs and deliver timely, high-quality solutions.
Track required materials, spare parts, and supplies to ensure efficient execution and minimize downtime.

Special Projects:
Support equipment installations, upgrades, layout changes, refurbishments, and other improvement initiatives, contributing to successful project execution and continuous operational enhancement.

Experience : 1-2 years in maintenance role.
Basic electrical knowledge and proficiency with hand tools preferred.

Shift: 3pm - 11pm
Compensation : The expected base pay range for this role is $22 - $27 an hour + a 15% shift differential for evening shift. Join us and apply online to be part of the Panduit team.
